5. When using steam heating, valves and pressure gauges should be installed at the inlet of the pipeline, and the working pressure of the steam should not exceed the professional knowledge of the mixing tank application working pressure specified on the label.
6. When mixing and kneading the slurry, it is necessary to reduce the use of flipping.
7. Oil should be dripped frequently at each lubrication location.
8. The sealing part of the board wall does not need to have any leakage of raw materials.
9. The tightness and looseness of the drive belt are suitable, and it should be regularly maintained, adjusted or replaced.
10. Steam pipelines are not allowed to leak. When the equipment is stopped, the gate valve should be closed and the reliability of the valve pressure gauge should be ensured.
