Frequent explosions in the reactor! Twelve key points to remember when installing a reactor
The reaction tank is one of the main equipment in chemical enterprises. As a kind of sorting reaction vessels, besides mastering their model selection and operation steps, how to install stainless steel plate reaction tanks is also a top priority. The actual operation and subsequent steps are all based on the entire process of the equipment. Today, Electric Heating will provide a detailed introduction to the things that must be paid attention to when installing the equipment:
1. Natural environment of the equipment:
The high-pressure reactor should be placed in a high-pressure practical operation room that meets the requirements of explosion-proof type. When there are several high-pressure reactors in the equipment, they should be separated and placed separately. There should be a solid explosion-proof brick wall between each two parts. Each operation room should have an immediate entrance and exit to the outdoor or safe passage. When flammable and explosive substances are stored, the detailed address of the equipment should be ensured, and natural ventilation should be good.
2. Equipment and sealing of kettle cover:
The kettle body and kettle cover are sealed by touching the spherical and arc-shaped linear surfaces. The main anchor bolts are tightened to achieve a very good seal. When tightening the main anchor bolts, the overall tightening torque should not exceed 80-120NM to prevent the sealing surface from being damaged by extrusion and overload. The sealing surface needs to be maintained in various aspects.
When installing the kettle cover, make sure to start the kettle cover slowly on both sides to avoid collision between the sealing surfaces in the middle of the kettle body and the kettle cover. Tighten the main nut symmetrically by gradually adding points and applying even force to achieve a very good sealing effect.
3. Connection of front and back nuts:
At the connection between the front and back nuts, only the front and back nuts are allowed to rotate. The curved surfaces on both sides cannot roll over relative to each other. For all external threaded connections in the equipment, it is necessary to modify the high-purity graphite with oil or fuel to avoid biting.
4. Application of gate valves:
The needle valve adopts a line seal, which only requires quietly rolling the valve needle and tightly clamping the sealing surface to achieve a very good sealing effect, blocking the application of excessive force and avoiding damage to the sealing surface.
5. Reaction tank manipulator:
The control board should be placed on the actual operating platform, with a working temperature of 10-40 ℃, air humidity below 85%, and no conductive floating dust or corrosive vapor in the surrounding materials.
6. Fixed and immovable contact inspection:
Check if the moving components and fixed contacts on the control panel and back panel are functioning properly. Remove the top cover and inspect if the connectors are loose and if there is any damage or rust caused by improper transportation and storage.
7. Connecting transmission lines:
Connect all power lines, including power plugs, heating furnace lines between the control board and the kettle, motor lines, temperature sensors, and speedometer power lines.
8. Safety equipment:
The use of blasting disc equipment generally does not require easy disassembly and experimentation. Once the project is blasted, it must be replaced from scratch. For blasting discs that exceed the calibrated blasting working pressure and have not been blasted, they should be replaced first.
9. Avoid excessive temperature difference:
Block rapid cooling and heating during work to prevent excessive temperature differences from causing cracks. Additionally, the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover should be circulated with cooling water to prevent demagnetization of the magnetic tile.
10. Application of newly installed kettle:
New equipment for kettle replacement (or repaired kettle) must undergo a pressure test before funds can be invested in all normal applications. The substance is N2 or other rare gases, which can block the use of flammable and explosive materials. The experimental working pressure is 1-1.05 times the pressure, and the pressure transformation must be carried out in stages, with a spacing of 0.25 times the pressure. Each level is retained for five minutes, and the pressure is stopped for thirty minutes when it reaches the experimental working pressure. If a steam leak is found, the pressure should be relieved and repaired before conducting the experiment.
11. Opening of high-pressure reactor:
After the high-pressure reactor reaction is completed, refrigeration should be carried out first, and then the gas pressure should be reduced to superheated steam. The anchor bolts should be loosened, and the reactor cover should be carefully removed to prevent pressure relief and disassembly.
12. Cleaning inside the kettle:
After each actual operation of cleaning the inner and outer walls, the residue on the kettle body and all sealing surfaces should be cleaned with cleaning solution. It is not allowed to use hard blocks or soft objects with uneven surfaces for cleaning.
